All Angel Natural Candles orders are handcrafted and carefully packed in Ocoee, Florida. Because our products are made in small batches, each order receives individual attention before it ships.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via trusted carrier partners including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method and final cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Additional surcharges may apply for AK and HI.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders — a physical street address is required.
- International shipping is not currently available but is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
- Shipping to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI) may incur additional fees and longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Here's what to expect:
- Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after your order is placed, containing your order number and summary.
- Shipping Email: Sent within 1–2 business days once your order leaves our facility, with your tracking number and carrier link.
- Delivery Notification: Most carriers provide automated text or email notifications as your package progresses and upon delivery.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Angel Natural Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at [email protected] — we will do our best to update it before the order ships, but this cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:
- Check around your property — packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots (side doors, garage, with a neighbor).
- Check with household members, building management, or a leasing office.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package report.
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you via email. You will have the option to pay for re-shipment or receive a store credit for the value of the items (less original shipping cost). Refunds are not issued for undeliverable packages.

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch, and perishable nature of our candles, diffusers, and sprays, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect scent selection, or buyer's remorse. Please read product descriptions, scent notes, and reviews carefully before purchasing.
Why All Sales Are Final
- Our products are handcrafted in small batches and cannot be resold once they leave our facility for hygiene and quality reasons.
- Candles, diffusers, and sprays are sensory products — once opened or used, they cannot be verified as unaltered.
- We invest significant time and care into each order, from hand-pouring to custom packaging.
- Detailed scent descriptions, product notes, and customer reviews are provided on every product page to help you choose with confidence.
What This Policy Covers
Change of mind, disliking a scent, ordering the wrong size, gifting issues, or deciding you no longer want the product. These situations are not covered under any circumstances.
We do not offer exchanges for different scents, sizes, or product types. All sales are final regardless of the reason for the exchange request.
If your order arrives visibly damaged or broken due to shipping, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days with photos. See Section 06 for full details.
If we send you the incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. See Section 07 for full details.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in packaging every order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged due to transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Photograph the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label clearly before discarding anything.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Our team reviews your submission and responds within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
We ship a replacement at zero cost to you, or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.
- Do not discard damaged packaging or products until your claim has been reviewed — we may request them as part of a carrier claim.
- Damage caused by customer misuse, accidents after delivery, or improper storage is not covered.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections in natural soy wax (frosting, slight discoloration) are not considered defects — they are natural characteristics of the wax.
Wrong Item Received
If we made a packing error and sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize and will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

- Include your order number and a photo of the item received.
- We will send the correct item via standard shipping at no additional charge.
- You are not required to return the incorrectly sent item — consider it a gift from us.
