Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping availability may vary and will be displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
• Angel Natural Candles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has been handed off for delivery.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Angel Natural Candles purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Candles that have been lit, diffusers that have been opened and reeds inserted, and room sprays that have been used are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Gift sets and bundles must be returned in full — partial bundle returns are not accepted.
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] or (407) 864-7235 to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack your item(s) securely and include your order number and RMA number inside the package.
3. Ship the return to our address in Ocoee, FL 34761. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Candle Safety & Product Use

The safe use of our products is of the utmost importance to us. All Angel Natural Candles products include safety instructions on their packaging. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to follow all included safety guidelines.

Candle Safety Guidelines

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to sleep.
• Keep candles away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets.
• Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from direct sunlight.
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent excessive flame, soot, or smoke.
• Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
• Stop using a candle when only ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom to prevent heat damage to the container.
• Do not use water to extinguish a candle. Use a candle snuffer or carefully blow it out.

Diffuser & Spray Safety

• Keep diffusers on a stable surface away from children and pets. Reed diffuser oil can be hazardous if ingested.
• Do not apply room sprays directly to skin, eyes, or ingestion. Keep out of reach of children.
• Keep all products away from open flames, sparks, or heat sources.
• Individuals with fragrance sensitivities, allergies, asthma, or respiratory conditions should consult a medical professional before use.
